Im wondering if anyone remembers a certain outer limits episode?

Im pretty sure it was outer limits but maybe Im mistaken and it was the twilight zone. About a man who is comsumed with reading and hides away in a bomb shelter to read and there actuall is a nuclear bomb and when he comes out everything is destoyed and there is no one left
