What is Cardiac Ablation like?

Hey I'm an 18 year old athlete. I have an arrhythmia and tachycardia. My heart rate is consistently above 100 and I find myself out of breath often. My cardiologist said that the p wave on my EKG is upside down. He said that Ablation looks like the best option at this point, as beta blockers were not tolerated. I was wondering what Ablation is like from someone who has been through it? What was the worst part? How was recovery? Thanks!
