Hoow to uninstall aobo blocker?

I would like to uninstall this program snce it dosent do what its supposed to do. I have tested it out but the sites still showed up. Also I tried pressing the uninstall button but it says i have to delete manually, and then when I tried, I couldn't even find the files. So please help thanks!
