What are some healthy foods that do NOT contain high fructose corn syrup?

I never sat down and thought about everything I normally eat contains some form of sugar or high fructose corn syrup. I eat strawberries & cream oatmeal every morning that's loaded with it! I'm used to buying microwavable stuff for lunch at work, but even my noodles contain sugar! Chips contain sugar, I can't find anything in the vending machines without some form of sugar! There's got to be something better. I don't care if it's got saturated fat, it's the sugar making me fat. I limit myself to 1 soda per day and still feel like I've consumed too much sugar. What are some good lunch ideas that do not contain sugar, high fructose corn syrup, etc? (Also, try to keep vegetable oil and soybean oil out too!)
