I feel so bad !!!!!! :(?

Okay so I help out at this shelter and I was walking dogs . One look tired he was this really cute chewawa and I picked him up and walked a little bit with him lying on his back in my arm. He moved his head and feel on the ground. I am not that tall so it wasn't a long fall or anything but I can't get his face out of my head. He was fine after he wanted me to hold him again and he started running around and playing. I guess its just the guilt. Have any of you ever done this? I feel so bad!!
