Every salad dressing I've seen has Soybean Oil in the ingredients, & I'm trying to avoid that (read an article that says that it raises your Estrogen). I've read another bad article about it, so I'm pretty sure that I should avoid that. I want to eat more greens (salad type food), but they only taste good to me with something on it, like dressing or something. Any ideas? I got nothin.
