Ive heard that soy beans are great for you, i eat them alot and am fit n healthy.........................Eating too much processed soya isnt great though ( like soya, veggie burgers etc etc ) as they load it with yeast which can stop your body absorbing certain vitamins...I had this problem years ago when i was a veggie and had to go to a Homeopath to detox safely...it worked and have never looked back.......
