I have a windows xp professional pentium 4 made in 2004 hp compaq model will pay via pay pal for help...?

This desktop is from a local school of mine and it is fast and has no problems except i have to redownload internet explorer 8, google chrome, java, active x, and all that when i restart it or shut it off.my friend said it is a sandbox and my other friend said it is like a web blocker kinda, i have no idea i just want it to stop whatever it is please help whoever resolves it gets $10.00 via pay pal maybe 15 or 20....please help also i have no reinstall disks or anything and i dont wanna do torrents id rather buy them i think it is just a program i can remove ther are only two accounts student which is the admin and a guest im on the student one which is the admin......also i want to know if it is possible to take 2 dells one is a precision 370 xp pro pentium 4 and the other is a a dimension 4550 amd xp both are from 2004 can i take the ram and put it in my 2004 hp compaq i am asking about above. i will pay pal if it gets resolved
