How to loose 10 pounds?

I eat fish and chicken, rarely red meat. I'm lactose intolerant, and have ezcema, so no dairy or acidic foods. I do 300 jumping jacks each night and every other night I do 25-35 sit ups. I drink tea or water, no sodas or milk. I do eat soybean icecream, sushi, vegetables, fruits, and pastas, lots of soups and salads. I currently weigh 128 pounds, I'm 4'11" and 17 years old. I used to count calories but stopped recently cuz' it was just too much thinking. I eat 3-4 meals a day (I consider soup as a whole meal and also salads too) and a light snack such as a special k bar or a cup of oolong tea or salada black tea with honey. I lost 22 pounds since the begining of this year but I want to loose another 10. Its becoming harder cuz' I'm leaner than before, what should I do and how long would it take to loose the 10 pounds? Exercise and eating tips are helpful. No pills or websites suggested, thanks! =]
