Cant install/remove apps via cydia? Dreamboard?

i have dreamboard and the connection blocker and when i try to install or remove cydia tweaks or apps from another source it tries to uninstall dreamboard or install it then i get a forbidean message and it reloads and dosent do anything?? does anyone know how to fix this?!
